The penthouse project in the hearth of Tribeca was designed to create an uncluttered, clean and welcoming space with a sophisticated approach in terms of materials and lighting. The natural light, captured in unexpected lighting effects, creates moments of surprise throughout the apartment. Materials, instead, are used with the double purpose of defining specific functions and creating connections between the space.
