This project centers around a custom walnut millwork volume—crafted as both a visual anchor and functional core of the home. Its rich grain and refined detailing introduce natural warmth, creating a striking contrast against saddle-toned accents and the clean, minimal palette throughout.

Balancing contemporary design with the building’s traditional framework, the team reconfigured the layout to enhance flow and celebrate the expansive views.
