Meet the Designers
Led by interior designers Valeria Fervorari and Andrea Guatta Caldini, Studio Ocra is built on their passion for creating layered spaces that combine warm, contemporary design with lasting interiors that honor both craftsmanship and sustainability, with the strong belief that style and quality coexist seamlessly.
With two masters degrees in architecture from the Politecnico of Milan, they bring a wealth of knowledge in technical detailing, material durability, and construction methodology. Both born and raised in Italy, they developed a shared appreciation for the historic allure of their respective towns. Shaped by the typology of their environment, and drawn to the architecture of the brownstones lining the streets of New York, Valeria and Andrea specialize in townhouse and apartment renovations that blend contemporary sophistication with modern living.
